Could you be the full-time SAP Operations Specialist in Bangalore we’re looking for?

 

 Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your SAP expertise in a cutting-edge and evolving field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive teammates.

You'll ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the SAP landscape across all business domains. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Business Process Owners, Key Users, and domain leaders), oversee daily operations, and prioritize incident and problem management to drive operational excellence and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing service delivery performance and coordinating SAP changes across modules and systems, but also ensuring compliance with IT security, audit controls, and quality standards.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring availability, stability, and performance of the SAP application landscape (ECC, Fiori, PI/PO, GRC, Solution Manager, etc.)

  • Overseeing daily monitoring, batch execution, system health checks, and proactive maintenance

  • Prioritizing and managing incidents to ensure effective resolution and escalation when necessary

  • Driving problem management to eliminate recurring issues and reduce ticket backlog

  • Coordinating SAP changes and managing release cycles, patches, upgrades, and major deployments

  • Facilitating communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and support operations

  • Ensuring proper governance and regular operational reviews with support partners and vendors

  • Maintaining operational documentation and supporting audit cycles

  • Proposing and implementing improvement plans to stabilize operations and enhance performance

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Experience in SAP operations management, including ECC, Fiori, PI/PO, and related systems

  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service delivery management

  • Familiarity with SAP change management processes and release coordination

  • A certification in SAP or ITIL is a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
