Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in requirements management and configuration to a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring that our delivered products meet contractual requirements while supporting the management of tender and project requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, quality, and more), provide training and support on requirements management processes, and oversee the integrity of the "As Sold" baseline.
You’ll specifically take care of implementing global requirements management processes on tenders and projects, but also support engineers in their requirements development activities.
We’ll look to you for:
- Implementing global requirements management processes on tenders, contracts, and product development projects
- Acting as the guardian of the integrity of contractual requirements
- Guiding engineers in their requirements development activities
- Ensuring data quality and consistency within the requirements management database
- Managing requirements changes and configuration
- Contributing to the Requirements Management Engineering (RME) network
- Supporting Train Performance Managers (TPMs) in maintaining traceability and applying RM and configuration baseline processes

- A degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in engineering roles
- Practical experience working on projects at various stages of the project lifecycle
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS)
- Conceptual knowledge of systems engineering and integration
- Strong technical writing and requirements elicitation skills
- Good communication skills in English (and other languages as required by the job location)
