Could you be the full-time System Engineer in our dynamic engineering team located in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive radio design and engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates.
You'll contribute to the delivery of N&T Sub-System Radio specifications and architecture that align with the System Delivery Plan. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (installation teams, cybersecurity teams, power experts), develop Radio Design requirements, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of conducting Radio Interference and trackside surveys, but also preparing and executing Radio configuration files throughout the project lifecycle.
We’ll look to you for:

Elaborating detailed N&T Radio Design specifications and architectures

Managing Radio spectrum in accordance with country-specific standards and regulations
-
Collaborating with Product Architects to identify technology requirements and gaps
-
Ensuring adherence to Quality processes and project milestones
-
Minimizing N&T Radio deployment costs, lead times, and risks by design

Supporting functional validation and Installation & Test & Commissioning (T&C) activities
-
Collecting and consolidating Return of Experience (REX) to inform continuous improvement

A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering

Experience or understanding of radio deployments in industrial environments

Knowledge of WiFi protocols and radio propagation

Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques (spectrum analyzer, IP analyzer)

A certification in network or radio engineering (desirable)
-
Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
-
Ability to work collaboratively and lead technical coordination efforts
