Could you be the full-time Test and Commissioning Manager in our dynamic team based in Mumbai we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive testing and commissioning expertise in the innovative field of railway signalling. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll contribute to the safety and efficiency of our transport solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (V&V, Design, Installation), execute specific testing activities according to procedures, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing and conducting tests, as well as reporting on test results with quality and precision.
We’ll look to you for:

Preparing and executing test activities for projects
-
Ensuring compliance with Alstom Transport policies, standards, and professional EHS regulations

Supporting the V&V team and performing tests on platforms/in-factory as requested
-
Maintaining tools and equipment for testing
-
Adhering to and promoting EHS procedures
-
Identifying and alerting superiors about any risks during testing activities
-
Another responsibility: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners

Degree in Engineering

Experience or understanding of T&C or V&V activities for signalling & Train Control projects

Knowledge of Metro system ( DTG /CBTC) and multiple subsystems with a global system view

Familiarity with managing Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives
-
A certification in project management or a relevant field (advantageous)
-
Strong communication and time management skills
-
Agility in adapting to new challenges and environments
