OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To execute responsibilities related to process quality for specific country/countries assigned to the role

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform Quality Control activities in areas of AP,GL,AR, etc as assigned as per set guidelines
• Perform Process Compliance audit against the set SOPs
• Perform internal control compliances checks
• Perform jointly with operations, Root Cause Analysis on all critical issues / errors reported, track and monitor closure of corrective and preventive actions
• Track and publish KPIs on Quality Management and compliances
• Train new entrants to the Quality Management process
• Actively contribute in development, integration and transfer of the processes and teams from the different Regions to GFC
• Actively contribute in standardization of processes in the country/countries
• Ensure the delivery of reliable and timely information to all stakeholders
• Build and maintain healthy rapport and trust with all stakeholders within GFC
• Actively contribute towards strategic initiatives and special projects when assigned or required

• Adhere to set process and SOPs in the day to day execution of tasks
• Maintain SOPs to reflect correct As-Is processes
• Actively contribute towards standardization of processes

Qualifications & Skills:

EDUCATION

Graduate or Post-Graduate in Accounting / Finance

Language: English (mandatory)

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Team playing skills
• Ability to adhere to set guidelines

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE 

Mandatory

• Good understanding of accounting
• Basic skills in accounting tools

Desirable

• Exposure to ERPs

EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET

• 5-8 years of experience in accounting
