Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in project management and data governance in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving Alstom’s global Digital Transformation by supporting the structuring, deployment, and adoption of data management and governance principles across the Digital Engineering ecosystem. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as engineering, digital platforms, data architecture, and transformation teams, to ensure alignment and successful project execution, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating and delivering foundational documents, processes, and frameworks related to data governance, master data, metadata, and CI/CD/CT integration, but also organizing workshops, managing timelines, and facilitating change management activities.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing the planning, execution, and delivery of all data-related streams within the Digital Transformation program.

Structuring and consolidating deliverables, including foundational documents, governance policies, and architecture principles.

Tracking progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans across multiple teams.

Organizing, facilitating, and documenting workshops with solution teams, architects, domain experts, and transformation stakeholders.

Overseeing the creation, maintenance, and publication of program documentation, including guidelines, RACI matrices, and governance structures.

Supporting the rollout of new data governance practices and promoting the adoption of the “Data as a Product” mindset.

Master’s degree, Engineering school or equivalent; specialization in Digital Transformation, Data, or Project/Program Management is a plus.

8+yrs of Experience in project management within an industrial, IT, data, or engineering environment (10+ years preferred).

Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering transformation or governance initiatives.

Solid understanding of digital engineering, data governance concepts, and transformation methodologies.
-
Strong skills in documentation, structuring, process definition, and workshop facilitation.

Familiarity with CI/CD/CT concepts and enterprise data platforms is a plus.

Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a change-management mindset and adaptability.

Proficiency in English (very good level).
