Could you be the full-time Project Specialist in our dynamic Digital Services team located in Europe we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, resourceful, and collaborative teammates.
You'll spearhead the successful launch and progression of critical digital projects, ensuring a seamless transition from architectural design to delivery. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Digital Platform teams, Security, Infrastructure), manage resources and schedules, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of action plan development, stakeholder liaison, and risk management, but also oversee procurement and sourcing activities.
We’ll look to you for:

Organizing comprehensive project action plans

Coordinating between architecture and delivery teams

Managing project schedules and resources
-
Identifying project requirements and objectives
-
Handling PMO and financial queries
-
Implementing project governance and chairing meetings

Degree in Engineering/Technology or Business Administration with IT Specialization

6+years of overall experience or understanding of Agile Development and project management tools

Knowledge of IT architecture and requirements

Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

A PMP, PRINCE, or CSM certification is a plus
-
Proven multitasking and time-management skills
-
Strong coordination and teamwork skills
