Could you be the full-time Configuration Management Leader in Bangalore, India, we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside supportive, innovative, and dedicated teammates.
You'll act as the pivotal point of contact for Asset Management within the business. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as IS&T, service owners, application owners), maintain and enhance the configuration management database, and drive key projects and initiatives related to configuration management.
You’ll specifically take care of establishing a robust governance model for configuration management, but also mentor and guide teams for effective asset management.
We’ll look to you for:

Being the Single Point of contact for Asset Management for Business

Maintaining strong relationships with business and IS&T for project deliveries

Supporting the vision and use of the configuration management database
-
Ensuring end-to-end overview of the configuration management process
-
Driving continuous improvement and automation within the configuration management database
-
Defining and implementing a strong configuration management governance model
-
Communicating strategy, priorities, and project updates to stakeholders
-
Measuring and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction with configuration management

Degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science

Experience or understanding of database management & IS&T management

Knowledge of configuration management processes

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Project on Windows
