Could you be the full-time Project RS On-Board Design Leader in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering systems that meet customer requirements and align with project schedules. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Project Core Team, Rolling Stock Engineering Team, and Product Development Teams), oversee design reviews, and ensure quality processes are followed, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of system architecture development (including requirements allocation and interface definition), but also supervise system deliveries and validation activities.
We’ll look to you for:

Providing design specifications and validation monitoring solutions until customer acceptance

Ensuring external interfaces are consistent with the design

Supervising system deliveries (requirements management, architecture definition, detailed design, etc.)

Organizing and leading design reviews

Defining and supporting functional validation phases (e.g., PC, Bench, TrainLab, Train)

Collaborating with suppliers to ensure alignment with Alstom standards and project schedules

A degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

Experience in on-board electronic system design (railways or other domains)

Knowledge of network and telecom solutions

Familiarity with cybersecurity standards

A strong understanding of QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) principles

Experience in supplier management
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in on-board electronic system design

Minimum 2 years of experience in team or project management
