Could you be the full-time Project Material Manager in Bangalore, India we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of material management for our signaling and turnkey projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Core Teams, Support Functions, Procurement, and Industrial Operations), oversee material procurement and logistics, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of project material planning and execution, but also ensure compliance with industrial processes and QCD commitments.
We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring the proper set-up of the Project Industrialization process and managing corresponding deliverables in QCD

Maximizing the usage of standardized products and industrializing logistics flows to reduce lead times

Driving demand to Industrial Operations and delivering the Industrial QCD work package
-
Supervising cash flow related to material orders and minimizing warehouse material time

Coordinating requirements for Customer Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)

Defining improvement plans and ensuring progress aligns with project objectives

University Engineering Degree

Experience with Metro projects, including CBTC systems (preferred)

10 to 12 years of experience in industrial, project management, procurement, and supply chain

Fluency in English

Product/system technical knowledge

Project management knowledge and ERP working knowledge

Leadership and team motivation skills
-
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize

Strong writing skills with clarity, rigor, and concision
