Could you be the full-time Lab Standardization Program Manager in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your program management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll drive the Lab standardization program/projects, ensuring seamless progression from ideation to completion. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Lab owners, users, and sponsors), manage stakeholder expectations, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of aligning stakeholder needs with project objectives, but also participate in technical discussions to drive project success.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing and driving the Lab standardization Program/projects

  • Tracking the progress of projects from start to finish

  • Aligning stakeholder needs with project objectives

  • Committing to the business and delivering on those commitments

  • Participating in discussions with technical and business teams

  • Creating a cyber-safe and resilient Lab environment

  • Bridging information gaps between business and execution teams


All about you

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of project management principles

  • Knowledge of lab operations and standardization processes

  • Familiarity with stakeholder management

  • A PMP or equivalent certification

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to drive industrialization or Lab as a Service (LAAS) initiatives
