1.Manage and drive Lab standardization Program/projects.

2.Track the progress of Lab standardization program/ projects from ideation to completion.

3.Stakeholder (Lab owners, users and sponsors)  Management - Align between stakeholder  needs, expectations and project/program objectives.

4.Responsible for making commitments to the business, manage expectations and deliver as per the commitments.

5.Participate in technical discussions with business & tech teams and drive them to achieve project objectives.

6.Create strong focus on creating a Cyber-safe & resilient Lab environment.

7.Bridge information gaps between business and execution team.

8.Participate in Go-to-market product/ service strategy.

9.Drive labs industrialization or LAAS.

10.Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
