Could you be the full-time Finance Transition & Integration Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in finance transition and integration in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in driving the successful transition, optimization, and innovation of finance processes and systems within Alstom. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders), lead change management initiatives, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of developing and executing comprehensive transition plans for finance processes and systems, but also drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive transition plan for finance processes and systems

  • Identifying and mitigating key risks, dependencies, and interdependencies throughout the transition lifecycle

  • Providing regular progress updates and reporting to Global Finance Center (GFC) leadership

  • Facilitating the standardization and optimization of finance processes, policies, and procedures

  • Establishing performance metrics and monitoring mechanisms to track the success of transitioned processes

  • Overseeing the implementation of enabling technologies such as ERP systems, subsystems, and automation tools

  • Driving automation, simplification, and digitization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy

  • Designing and implementing effective change management strategies to ensure user adoption and minimize business disruption

  • Demonstrating deep expertise in end-to-end accounting and reporting processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness

  • Collaborating with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to address challenges during various phases of transition

  • Contributing to strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned

  • Championing technology adoption and innovation by staying current with industry trends and best practices

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of finance transition and integration processes

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and automation tools

  • Familiarity with process optimization and standardization methodologies

  • A certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an asset

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
