Project Manager - Cloud & Compute

Job Summary: Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within the Cloud & Compute infrastructure domain. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Resource Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to high-quality standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare detailed reports for upper management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in IT infrastructure project management, with a strong understanding of data center management, network infrastructure, and cloud computing.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail.

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud services.
  • Project Management: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
