Alstom has established a strong presence in India. Currently, the company is executing metro projects in several Indian cities including Chennai, Kochi and Lucknow where it is supplying Rolling Stock manufactured out its state of the art facility at SriCity in Andhra Pradesh. In the Mainline space, Alstom is executing Signaling & Power Supply Systems for the 343 Km. section on World Bank funded Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor. Phase 1 in the construction of the new electric locomotive factory for manufacturing and supply of 800 units of 12000HP locomotives is also complete at Madhepura, Bihar while the depot at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh is ready to commence operation. Job Purpose

To manage projects related to integration of accounting activities from multiple regions into International Finance Excellence Center



Project Manager, Integration


o Support development and approval of business cases for proposals of new integrations into IFEC

o Support in defining the project scoping and objectivesin conjunction with allstakeholders

o Perform risk assessment and mitigation plans for each project

o Develop high-level and detailed planning for each integration project including people, time, cost etc

o Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

o Actively execute and deliver projects according to the planned timeline and cost

o Drive governance on the progress of projects throughout the project life cycle o Monitor,track, publish performance of projects

o Anticipate issues and actively drive closure, resolution ofissues impacting the timely delivery of project

o Deliver projects as per planned time and cost o Co-ordinate transversally and work inclusively in every phase ofthe project o Manage relationship with all stakeholders

o Maintain comprehensive and up-to date project documentation o Attend conferences, workshops as required in all phases ofthe projects


Educational Requriements

Graduate or above, preferably certified in PMP Language: English (mandatory), Knowledge of French will be an advantage



Above 8 years of proven experience in a Shared Services environment preferably in Multinational Company with a minimum of 3 years in project management and 3-4 Years in FP&A(Preferably Manufacturing/ Project sector. 


Technical Competencies

Mandatory Proven experience in project management tools and techniques Broad process management skills in all areas of Accounting

Basic exposure to integrations in Controlling and FP&A is a must.



Certified PMP professional Deep process management skills in specific areas like AP, GL Experience in automations, six sigma projects


Behavioral Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English), ability to develop and deliver executive presentations Leadership qualities & ability to accompany the change Problem solving driven & appropriate urgency awareness skills Team player A result oriented individual able to handle projects with a strong ability to influence, guide and provide critical feedback Ability to manage multiple projects
