Could you be the full-time Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive signalling industry expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and supportive teammates.

You'll manage the technical contractual scope of the project and functionally lead the project engineering team. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Core Team, Project Engineering Team, Product Development Community, Methods & Tools Community), validate technical design choices and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing technical risks and mitigation plans, as well as supervising Verification & Validation activities.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Accountability for customer acceptance of the project solution

  • Management of the project technical risks and corresponding mitigation plan

  • Validation of technical design choices with peers and the Solution Director

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and project solution design

  • Leadership in the Project Change Control Board (CCB)

  • Accountability for Engineering Work Package Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP)

  • Functional leadership of the project engineering team

  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the signalling industry, with at least five years in signalling design

  • Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail

  • Proven ability to lead and manage an engineering team

  • Project management skills and risk assessment capabilities

  • Fluency in English

  • Proficiency in MS Office
