Could you be the full-time Project Engineering Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside supportive and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a key role in managing the technical contractual scope of the project and functionally leading the project engineering team. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project core team, project engineering team, product development community), ensure the deployment of engineering processes, methods, and tools, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing technical risks and validating technical design choices, but also supporting the resolution of technical issues during project warranty.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing the technical contractual scope of the project and ensuring customer acceptance of the project solution

Supervising Verification & Validation activities and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

Functionally leading and organizing the project engineering team

Allocating tasks across the team and ensuring follow-up on engineering activities
-
Managing the interface with the project core team and providing technical documentation
-
Supporting the resolution of technical issues during the project warranty period

Degree in any engineering discipline

Minimum 10+ years of experience in the signalling industry

Experience or understanding of signalling design (minimum 5 years)

Knowledge of engineering management strategies for multisite/multisystem projects

Familiarity with developing system specifications and requirements

A strong ability to manage engineering work packages and technical risks
-
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
-
Proficiency in MS Office
-
Fluency in English
