Could you be the full-time Project Documentation Manager in Bengaluru we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your documentation management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.

You'll play a key role in defining and implementing Documentation Management strategies within the Project/Program/Bid organization, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and contributing to the successful delivery of projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (core team, customers, partners, and various departments), manage the documentation lifecycle, and ensure proper compliance with defined standards and requirements.

You’ll specifically take care of building and monitoring the Documentation Management Plan (DMP), as well as deploying and managing Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), but also leading a team of Documentation Controllers when necessary.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining and implementing Documentation Management processes and strategies

  • Creating and updating Documentation Management Plans (DMP) in line with customer requirements

  • Managing and deploying EDMS, including training users and managing access rights

  • Ensuring proper validation and delivery of contractual documents

  • Monitoring document milestones associated with payment and project progress

  • Collaborating across teams to ensure documentation compliance and continuous improvement

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • 7 to 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in Documentation Management

  • Knowledge of the railway domain (desirable)

  • Experience with EDMS tools and their implementation

  • Understanding of engineering environments

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
