Could you be the full-time Documentation Management Specialist in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in documentation management to a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless management of project documentation, contributing to the successful delivery of our projects while meeting contractual obligations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project managers, core team members, and documentation controllers), define and monitor the documentation process, and implement tools like EDMS to streamline operations.
You’ll specifically take care of defining and executing the Documentation Management Plan (DMP) and coordinating documentation activities across the project lifecycle, but also act as the main contact for documentation with customers and partners.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining and implementing Documentation Management within the Project/Program/Bid organization

Coordinating documentation activities across all project phases

Building and managing the Documentation Management Plan (DMP) in compliance with contractual requirements

Ensuring proper validation and submission of documentation to customers
-
Managing and deploying EDMS, including training users and managing access rights
-
Monitoring document milestones, ensuring timely delivery, and preparing related reports

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

7 to 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Documentation Management

Knowledge of EDMS tools

Familiarity with the railway domain and engineering environments

A relevant certification in documentation management or related fields

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
