Your future role

You'll analyze Cyber Service security needs (including laws and local regulations), determine security objectives and main security risks strategy. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with L1, L2,L3 teams across the business Cybersecurity Services for Vulnerability Watch/Monitor, IDS, ePO and perform the Risk Impact Anaylsis, propose mitigation plan (if needed) and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of Cybersecurity Operation & Mainatenance (O&M) Management and interfacing with L1, L2 & L3 Cybersecurity team's for IDS, ePO and other detected threats, assessing those threats, identifing Risk, its Impact's and propose mitigation plan.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Lead & contribute technically to the Cybersecurity Operation & Mainatenance (O&M)
  • Plan security activities within Service life cycle, estimate costs and duration, their impacts related to project program execution, Identify training needs 
  • Provide expertise and governance toward adherence of product security in service meetings of project 
  • Manage, control and execute timely all deliveries related to O&M activities  (performances, planning/delivery, cost, risks, savings) and in compliance with the proved QCD commitments. 
  • Obtain agreement from Project Service/Program/Customer  about the set of security measures to be implemented (if required).
  • Report on Cybersecurity O&M status related to services & maintenance elements.
  • Coordinate Cyber Work Packages, Capacity /Resource analysis/ risks and mitigation plans with Service, unit according the mitigation/improvement plan.
  • Play a role of Project Cyber Manager on few projects delivering the O&M QCD,adhering to methodologies and standards.
  • Propose and drive mitigation/improvement action plans in O&M (efficiency, competitiveness)
  • Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Eingineering
  • Experience with direct responsibility for hands on architecture, design, development 
  • Experience related to Cybersecurity in general, deployment experience of security technologies.
  • Knowledge of Alstom Products & Solution Portfolio
  • Experience in embedded or industrial systems (railway / aeronautics) 
  • Knowledge of some Cybersecurity solutions and areas
  • Architecture concepts and techniques of systems and networks, operating systems and associated programming languages.
  • Knowledge of main Cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as: ISO 2700X, 62443, NIST, NIS, French LPM
  • Network deployment expert (Train communication system standpoint)
  • Integration of network (Between Alstom Network and Customer network)
  • Dataflow matrix between all the sub-system to me managed in external firewall
  • ePo and syslog deployment on site for standalone projects
  • IDS deployments on site
