Could you be the full-time Project Configuration and Change Management Engineer in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your configuration management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll ensure that our projects and programs maintain configuration control throughout their lifecycle, delivering accurate and formalized documentation to stakeholders. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as technical managers, project teams, and ADM PrCCC), train team members on configuration and change management rules, and analyze reporting metrics to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
You’ll specifically take care of writing Configuration and Change Management Plans (CMPs), establishing configuration systems, and maintaining configuration item data accuracy, but also support team members in using configuration tools and organizing Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings.
We’ll look to you for:

Writing and implementing Configuration and Change Management Plans (CMPs)

Establishing and maintaining configuration and change management systems

Training team members on configuration and change management processes

Ensuring application of standard procedures, instructions, and templates
-
Creating and publishing configuration baselines with the support of ADM PrCCC
-
Analyzing configuration and change management reporting and indicators
-
Supporting team members in the use of configuration tools
-
Planning, organizing, and attending CCB meetings
-
Suggesting and implementing process improvements

Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience or understanding of configuration and change management processes

Knowledge of configuration management tools and methodologies

Familiarity with VBA macros in Excel

A certification in Configuration Management (e.g., CMII) is a plus

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Clear communication and the ability to work with diverse teams
