IS&T supports the Digital & Integrated Systems Product Line activity by reinforcing the infrastructure and security management within the labs (i.e the infrastructure and tools required to develop new products on real or simulated equipments and deploy them in customer context).

The main purpose of the labs IT management team is to support regions and platforms in the execution of their projects and programs by providing and managing adequate and available environments while maintaining the right level of security, compliant with internal cybersecurity policies, compatible with products cybersecurity patterns and adapted to customer requirements.


The Program Manager for Labs standards deployment is reporting to the Labs It Management Lead (open position reporting to the IS&T D&IS Business Partner VP). He is responsible for deploying the standards in the labs as well as the new labs. Labs are the development and test environments. The scope concerns mainly the infrastructure delivery and maintenance, including its security management. In this role, you interact directly with the labs managers network and the technical teams in charge of infrastructure and security patterns.




1.Manage and drive Lab standardization Program/projects.

2.Track the progress of Lab standardization program/ projects from ideation to completion.

3.Stakeholder (Lab owners, users and sponsors)  Management - Align between stakeholder  needs, expectations and project/program objectives.

4.Responsible for making commitments to the business, manage expectations and deliver as per the commitments.

5.Participate in technical discussions with business & tech teams and drive them to achieve project objectives.

6.Create strong focus on creating a Cyber-safe & resilient Lab environment.

7.Bridge information gaps between business and execution team.

8.Participate in Go-to-market product/ service strategy.

9.Drive labs industrialization or LAAS.

10.Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.



  • Work hands in hands with D&IS Platform and region teams to align infrastructure and security management to programs and project timelines
  • Collaborate with the community of labs owners, whatever organization they belong to (D&IS, IS&T, other service lines)
  • Identify risks and impacts of labs services disruption in regards to projects and programs delivered..
  • Work hands in hands with IS&T Security team to ensure the right treatment of security risks and issues
  • Facilitate projects and programs deliveries without compromising on security
  • Ensure a proper hand-over to run




EDUCATION : Engineering degree

  • Graduated with an engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in information technology, you have more than 3-5 years of experience in Signaling business and / or IT management.
  • As a manager you have good communication, leadership and change management skills. You are result oriented, able to guide, influence and convince others in a matrix organization and show intellectual curiosity and creativity.
  • You have the ability to federate actors coming from different horizons towards the same objective.
  • You are able to understand enough the technology (both on signaling products and IT solutions) to take the right operational decisions
  • You demonstrate curiosity to always learn and have a continuous improvement mindset
  • You are comfortable to understand digital products and business stakes in D&IS
  • Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international and matrix environment and to face the business challenges with Alstom
