Could you be the full-time Product Program Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your program management and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside motivated, collaborative, and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a key role in leading the critical Diagnostic Maintenance System (DMS) program, driving the deployment plan, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including the Bangalore development center and platform development centers in Europe, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of organizing programs and activities in accordance with the organization’s mission, while developing new programs to support strategic objectives, but also managing scope changes and analyzing program risks.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Organizing programs and activities to align with the mission and goals of the organization

  • Developing and managing budgets and operating plans

  • Writing program funding proposals to ensure uninterrupted delivery of services

  • Managing a diverse team with varying talents and responsibilities

  • Ensuring goals are met in areas such as customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance

  • Managing scope changes and analyzing program risks

  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of the program status throughout its lifecycle

  • Contributing to the roadmap definition of the product

  • Managing, controlling, and executing all developments related to the program to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery commitments


All about you

  • Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent

  • 12-15 years of experience in software design, development, and validation, with over 8 years in program/project management

  • Strong knowledge of program management principles, including initiation, planning, monitoring, reporting, and closure

  • Experience in financial and change management

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and team management skills

  • Sound analytical skills with critical thinking and decision-making abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
