Your future role

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our programs by managing Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering Métiers, Project Managers, Operations teams, and more), oversee program work packages, and drive improvement action plans for efficiency and competitiveness, among many other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of driving program reviews and ensuring timely delivery, but also manage risks and foster innovation within your team.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing, controlling, and executing all developments related to your program (performance, planning/delivery, cost, risks, savings) within the QCD commitments

Ensuring Delivery On-Time (IOT/DOT) commitments and managing changes effectively
-
Coordinating program work packages, capacity/resource analysis, and mitigation plans
-
Overseeing Gate/Design/Peer Review decisions and their implementation
-
Driving program reviews to evaluate operational execution and providing QCD reports
-
Leading improvement action plans to enhance efficiency and competitiveness
-
Taking leadership in addressing safety and critical issues, including cybersecurity and technical challenges

Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Engineering – IT, Computer Science, ECE, EEE, or equivalent

12+ years of experience in managing products, projects, or programs
-
At least 2 years of experience in managing project/program baselines or IT system project management
-
Proven expertise in project deployment and lifecycle management
-
Hands-on experience in functional or hierarchical team management
-
Experience in cost and planning control within an engineering scope

Strong communication skills in a technical environment

Interpersonal skills, including teamwork and leadership
-
Proficiency in risk assessment, opportunity identification, and team mobilization
-
Decision-making ability, analytical and critical thinking
-
Problem-solving ability and resilience
-
PMP certification (preferred)
