Could you be the full-time Program Manager – DevOps & CI/CD in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, aligning technical delivery with business objectives, and ensuring seamless deployment of software through robust automation pipelines. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (ALM, Infra, Automation, and Centralized DevOps teams), facilitate knowledge-sharing programs to upskill teams on DevOps practices, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing CI/CD frameworks and infrastructure as code, but also driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals

Driving adoption of standardized DevOps & CI/CD frameworks across programs for consistency and scalability

Overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and JFrog
-
Ensuring integration of automated testing, static code analysis, and security scans into pipelines
-
Promoting infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or Kubernetes

Implementing dashboards and monitoring tools to track pipeline performance and system health

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

10+ years of proven experience managing large-scale DevOps programs with CI/CD integration

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools

Knowledge of various CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and others
-
Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and Terraform

Experience in compliance, security, and performance testing in CI/CD environments

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
