Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive program management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and solution-oriented teammates.

You'll be at the helm of the overall QCD (Quality, Costs, Development Lead Time, and System/Product Performance) of the Program, ensuring excellence and adherence to safety standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Development Center Métiers, Design Authorities, Safety Assurance Managers), manage and control all developments related to your program, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of proposing system/product specifications, optimizing and measuring system/product performances, but also driving decisions for issues affecting performance.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Contributing to the roadmap definition of your System/Product

  • Managing Gate Reviews and coordinating Program Work Packages

  • Ensuring deployability of your System/Product through comprehensive deployment kits

  • Driving R&D Programs related to the System/Product

  • Providing operational management and leadership to Métier resources

  • Supporting technical aspects of projects

  • Degree in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE, EEE or equivalent

  • Experience or understanding of program management in a matrix organization

  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and development cycles

  • Familiarity with creating and utilizing Reference Libraries and reusable resources

  • A PMP certification is an asset.

  • Proven track record in managing software programs

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to guide, influence, and convince others
