Take on a new challenge and apply your program management and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our software design, development, and validation programs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, operations, and senior leadership), manage program timelines and budgets, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of overseeing program execution and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, but also manage stakeholder engagement with a focus on delivering value-driven results.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading program initiation, planning, monitoring, reporting, and closure activities

Overseeing financial and change management processes

Engaging effectively with stakeholders to align program objectives

Applying strong analytical skills to assess program performance

Driving critical thinking and informed decision-making

Utilizing hands-on experience with technologies like Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Virtualization, and Cloud technologies

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

18-20 years of experience in software design, development, and validation, with over 8 years in program/project management

Strong understanding of program management principles including initiation, planning, monitoring, and closure

Experience in financial and change management

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
-
Sound analytical skills and business acumen
-
Hands-on experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Virtualization, and Cloud technologies
