Senior Program Manager:
This position is required to lead the critical DMS program lead by Banglore, TC and drive the deployment plan by working closely with relevant stakeholders. This is a critical program has very high visibility. The candidate for this position is expected to be strong inexecution and dynamic in leadership areas. 


Network & Links:
The Selected candidate will work with a highly motivated team involved in development of Diagnostic Maintenance System part Services Portfolio. The candidate will join with our Bangalore development center and will travel to our platform development centerlocated in Europe. The Ideal candidate will be part of Technology Centre, Banglore.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission andgoals of the organization.
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety,quality and team member performance.
Manage scope changes as per project dynamics
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout itslife cycle.
Analyse program risks.
Proven experience in program management, stakeholder management skills and team management.
Contribute to the roadmap definition of his/her Product
Manage, control and execute timely all developments related to his/herprogram coordinate all Program Work Packages to meet overall Quality Costand Delivery commitments

 

Qualification and Skills:
EDUCATION : Bachelor/Post Graduate in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE & EEE orEquivalent.

 

CORE COMPETENCIES
Minimum 18 - 20 years of experience in software design, development & validationareas and having more than 8 years of experience in program/project management.
Strong program management principles (Initiation, Planning, Monitoring, Reportingand Closure)
Financial & Change management
excellent stakeholder engagement
Sound analytical skills
Critical thinking, Decision making & Business acumen

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and able to guide, influence and convince others in a matrix organization.
