Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your DevOps expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a critical role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our centralized DevOps team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving the product to success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, program management, and operations), prioritize product backlogs, and lead agile development processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of integrating DevOps and DevSecOps into software products, but also lead the development of a centralized DevOps team.
We’ll look to you for:

Developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy for the centralized DevOps team

Aligning product strategy with business objectives and stakeholder needs

Leading agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
-
Translating business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications
-
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and areas for improvement

Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Experience or understanding of managing complex software products and integrating DevOps/DevSecOps into software products

Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)

Familiarity with scaled agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus)

A CSPO or SAFe PO/PM certification
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Technical background or familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
