OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Preparation / maintenance of configuration during the whole life-cycle of the Program.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

For program, there are typically 3 types of configurations : “as-designed”, “as-built” (or asshipped), “as-installed” (or as-delivered). 

Factory CCM is responsible for as-designed and as-shipped configuration and Site CCM is responsible for as-installed configuration.

 

Responsibilities of Factory CCM: 

  • Establish and maintain the Project (Program) Configuration Management Plan (CMP).
  • Establish and maintain the project (program) configuration management system (CM repository organization, access rights, etc.) and administers the project (program) configuration management tools.
  • Provide a support to PrEM to maintain the complete ADM system configuration, including subsystem baseline integration.
  • Be the interfaces with domain/metiers leaders to ensure that sub-system baselines delivered to the PrEM are consistent.
  • Create and publish baselines, participates in elaborating system safety delivery sheets (system baseline deliveries for tests on site).
  • Monitor changes to baselines and establishes CCB reports.
  • Be the interface with Site Configuration Manager

EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET

  • Good knowlodge in Configuration and Changemamangemt  process
  • Hands on  for CI \ CD   Deployment  with  Tools like TFS , Jenkins , Azure , GIT
  • Hands on experience in  Synergy , GIT , TFS  source control tool
  • Good understanding on the scripts  Perl , Python , Xaml scripts , Batch scripting
  • Good understanding in Water - fall & V cycle life process
