Could you be the full-time SC Analyst in India we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and proactive teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth logistics operations and supplier payment processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance), validate freight invoices, and monitor supplier KPIs, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of CHA freight invoice validation and managing warehouse vendor payments, but also support continuous improvement initiatives and resolve payment escalations.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Validating CHA freight invoices and managing CHA processes.

  • Ensuring on-time SRN completion as per the defined SOP and addressing challenges with suppliers and sites.

  • Driving key metrics across India Supply Chain sites and supporting critical supplier payments.

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are executed within agreed SLAs.

  • Adhering to processes, driving continuous improvement, and performing root cause analysis for problem-solving.

  • Managing warehouse vendor operations, including GRN, put-away, cycle count, and line feeding.

  • Handling financial transactions such as invoice management, GRIR clearance, and vendor payments.

  • Generating and presenting MIS reports to senior management.

  • Graduated from a university (mandatory).

  • 7+ years of experience with logistics processes, warehouse operations, and payment processes.

  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and tools.

  • Experience in Indian customs, import, and export operations.

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like MS Excel (including formulas like V-Lookup), SAP, and BI.

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in supplier relationship management and payment process adherence.

  • Proficiency in English (fluent).

  • Experience in MIS reporting and presenting to senior management.
