• Responsible to complete logistic service entry (SRN)  on time as per defined SOP and to resolve all blocking points to complete SRN within TAT. Establish & drive governance with site & suppliers.
• To drive the key metrics across India SC sites and support sites for critical supplier payments, business continuity.
• Collaborate with Internal & External networks, Cross Functional Team to execute the defined task within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) set between Sites.
• Interaction with Site Supply Chain/Procurement/Finance for Payment Escalation and drive to closure
• Interaction with Custom team for SOP creation on BOE filling and mapping in IDPMS
• Closely working with Payment Team & Bank to ensure that payment has been moved to “Ready for Payment” at bank portal
• Responsible on Process adherence, Driving Continuous Improvement, RCA, Prob Solving
• Front runner to collaborate with key stake holders on implementing preventive or corrective action
• Quick learner on tool, Process to provide immediate solution for Invoice closure.
• MIS Reporting to Business
