Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your accounting and finance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and accurate execution of the Procure to Pay process for the assigned country or countries. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Sourcing, Supply Chain, HR, Employees, and Country/Region Treasury), collaborate with external banks, and manage disbursement activities and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of preparing and publishing payment schedules, generating payment proposals, and reconciling bank debits with payment files, but also recording payment entries in ERP and handling exception requests.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Preparing and publishing payment schedules

  • Generating payment proposals

  • Reviewing payment exceptions

  • Obtaining proposal validations

  • Calculating and proposing funding

  • Executing various payment methods

  • Reconciling bank debits with payment files

  • Recording payment entries in ERP

  • Handling exception requests

  • Clearing liabilities and payments

  • Adhering to set processes, SOPs, and controls

  • Contributing to root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

  • Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Experience or understanding of accounting principles

  • Basic skills in accounting tools
