Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your accounting and finance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of the Procure To Pay process for the assigned country or countries. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Sourcing, Supply Chain, HR, and Treasury), interact with banks, and handle vendor-related queries, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of tasks such as processing invoices and managing related litigations, but also handle credit notes and financial document postings.
We’ll look to you for:

Receiving and validating physical and electronic documents

Retrieving documents from vendor portals

Scanning and archiving documents according to policies

Processing 3-way, 2-way, and exception invoices
-
Managing credit note approvals and supplier queries
-
Performing data augmentation and posting financial adjustments
-
Adhering to set processes, SOPs, and controls
-
Contributing to root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience or understanding of basic accounting principles
