Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your accounting and finance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Procure to Pay process for the assigned country/countries. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Sourcing, Supply Chain, HR, and Country/Region Treasury), respond to supplier queries, and ensure compliance with established processes and controls, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of processing invoices and managing credit notes, but also support the resolution of supplier-related issues and contribute to process improvements.
We’ll look to you for:

Receiving and processing physical and electronic documents

Retrieving and validating documents, including those from vendor portals

Scanning and archiving documents in line with country-specific policies
-
Processing 3-way, 2-way, and exception invoices
-
Managing litigations, credit notes, approvals, and recoveries
-
Posting financial documents, adjustments, and down payments
-
Adhering to established processes, SOPs, and controls
-
Contributing to root cause analyses for critical issues and implementing corrective actions

Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience or understanding of accounting principles and processes

Basic skills in accounting tools
