Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your accounting and finance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient Procure to Pay processes for assigned countries. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as sourcing, supply chain, HR, and employees), interact with external partners like banks, and manage critical financial operations.

You’ll specifically take care of processing invoices, managing credit notes, and responding to supplier queries, but also contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions for process improvements.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Receiving and validating physical and electronic documents

  • Retrieving documents from vendor portals and archiving them as per country policies

  • Processing 3-way, 2-way, and exception invoices

  • Managing related litigations and credit note approvals

  • Posting recoveries, down payments, retentions, and other FI documents

  • Adhering to set processes, SOPs, and controls

  • Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Experience or understanding of Procure to Pay processes

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

  • Familiarity with accounting tools and exposure to ERPs

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

  • Team-playing and communication skills

  • Ability to adhere to set guidelines and processes
