Could you be the full-time Procure to Pay Analyst - T&E in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your accounting and finance expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll work alongside supportive and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of the Procure to Pay process, contributing to the efficiency of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Sourcing, Supply Chain, HR, and Employees), handle vendor and bank interactions, and ensure compliance with regulatory and process controls.
You’ll specifically take care of processing invoices, payments, and employee travel and expense claims, but also contribute to process standardization and knowledge sharing.
We’ll look to you for:

Processing physical and electronic documents, invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents

Managing payment schedules, proposals, and exception handling

Handling employee travel and expense claims, reconciliations, and petty cash statements
-
Publishing SLA compliance reports and maintaining process SOPs
-
Training new hires and performing knowledge transfers during integration projects
-
Contributing to root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actions

Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance

5-8 years of experience in accounting

Good understanding of accounting principles

Basic skills in accounting tools

Exposure to ERPs (desirable)

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Team-playing skills and the ability to adhere to set guidelines
