Could you be the full-time Manufacturing Process Engineer in Banaglore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your manufacturing and process engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in defining manufacturing processes and associated equipment for new products, ensuring seamless integration with our industrial policies and project constraints. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across Engineering, Quality, and Production, contributing to product design in a co-engineering mode, and developing specifications for industrial means for serial production.
You’ll specifically take care of industrial documentation and workstation layouts, but also support production in achieving manufacturing QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets.
We’ll look to you for:

Gathering industrial requirements and ensuring product specifications align with them

Actively participating in product design using co-engineering methodologies

Designing macro-processes and preparing for new technologies

Performing industrial documentation, including industrial data sheets and IMFU
-
Defining workstation layouts with a focus on ergonomics and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards

Validating product design and industrialization through FAR and FAI processes

Technical education in a relevant field

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Experience or understanding of manufacturing or manufacturing engineering, preferably with 5 to 10 years in the railway industry

Knowledge of process engineering, manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, and lean manufacturing

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA), and IS common tools
-
A solid understanding of Quality, EHS standards, and ergonomics

Strong skills in Process FMEA and QRQC

Excellent communication and organizational skills

A proactive and self-motivated mindset

Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
