Purpose :

  • Ensure project Planning Toolset supports project plannin practices in effective and efficient way


Main responsibilities:

  • Administration of oll Alstom Primavera applications in supporting userw worrldwide to get / remove access rigths, beeing first level support in terms of system failures
  • Align Primavera solution (including Interfaces and BI) to support expected planning practices


Key User Network

  • Contribute to Key User network animation
  • Provide functional support to Key users, escalate to IT support team as appropriate
  • Provide Primavera Expert support and Key User coaching as required


Solution Run

  • Ensure solution is documented with up-to-date administration guides and users guide
  • Ensure relevant trainings are available and updated
  • Monitor data quality and application of tools conventions, coordinate compliance.
  • Monitor availability and performance of the solution
  • Ensure primavera data extracts and interfaces are available when defined
  • Liaise tools administration team and IT to relay
  • Ensure timely production of project planning global KPIs
  • Monitor Primavera user satisfaction


Solution Changes

  • Capture and specify needs for trainings and documentation changes
  • Capture and specify needs for Primavera solution changes
  • Ensure solution changes are specified and managed through change control board
  • Contribute to project planning tool roadmap implementation
  • Test and validate solution changes
  • Contribute to implementation of Primavera solution changes and releases


Educational Requirements :

  • Graduated from Engineering or Business School
  • Desirable: Certification in Project Management



  • Experience of project planning practices implementation
  • 3 years in a project planning role using Primavera



  • Primavera Key User role
  • Information System awareness
  • tools management (Implementation and support)
