Alstom Services Product Line offers a wide range of business solutions for Rolling Stocks (train, metro, tramway), Signalling and Infrastructure products: maintenance, modernization, technical support, train operations and parts services.


The Digital Transformation Services team supports the Services business to optimize and digitalize Services processes. One of the major role of the team is to design, deliver and support Technical Services solutions: IOT, Predictive Maintenance, Technical Publication and Spare Part Obsolescence solutions.


HealthHub is the Alstom program to implement and deploy condition-based and predictive maintenance solutions on Alstom maintenance projects worldwide. It is composed by several data capture solutions (Train Tracer, Track Tracer, Train Scanner, Point Machines…) integrated with the HealthHub Platform, analytics and business rules solution. Technical Publication Solutions enables users to create, publish and visualize spare part catalogues and Maintenance documentation.


Parts Obsolescence management applications gather and consolidate obsolescence alerts and analysis for spare parts, to support maintenance and spare parts activities.


The software and IT infrastructures are regularly enhanced to answer to business and customers’ expectations and be compliant with cloud and cyber security rules. The main stakes are to industrialize the solutions, to support the regular deployments and architecture the mid/long term solutions.


The role of the Technical Services Solution Expert is to collaborate with business process owners and solution architects to collect and assess business needs and provide recommendations on application designs, analyzing design specifications and validating them with development teams. The Solution Expert is collaborating aw well with IT technical teams to ensure streamlined application implementation and make sure the solutions delivered are aligned with Alstom IS&T Technology and Security standards. The Solution Expert is involved in the projects during the design, implementation and Post Go-Live support stages and is interacting with internal and external stakeholders during the project execution.



Reporting to the IS&T Technical Services Solution Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Analyzing Business requirements to define system technical specifications
  • Evaluating and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
  • Producing the Detailed Design of the Solution
  • Supporting HealthHub, TechPub and Part Obsolescence projects and ensuring that solution is aligned with Alstom IS&T Technical and Security standards
  • Interacting with Operations teams by monitoring their activities & providing Technical expertise when needed


In order to be able to execute all the responsibilities’ above, you will be constantly liaising between partners and business in order to drive the different projects successfully.  When it comes to our applicative landscape, you will be working not only with partners and business but also with other IS&T teams in other pillars. Your technical expertise will be needed in order to deliver the different projects with high quality and on time.




You are action-oriented person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a self-starter and result oriented person. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are a must because you will need to work autonomously in a worldwide & multicultural environment. You should be agile to handle multiple tasks efficiently, keeping the big picture, and effectively delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.


Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology.


You have a minimum 8 years work experience in Information System and Information Technology projects and provide technical expertise in the following areas:

  • Strong experience on IT Infrastructure (Network, Architecture , Hosting , Azure Cloud) & DevOps 
  • Advanced knowledge on database like MS SQL, Cassandra.
  • Knowledge on PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) &  Cybersecurity would also be appreciated
  • Language skills: English expertise is a must both spoken and written
