NETWORK & LINKS:

The Selected candidate report hierarchically to Cybersecurity Center of Excellence Manager and functionally to Head of Cybersecurity Governance & Expertise and will work with a highly motivated Region/Platform/Project Cybersecurity Management team. The Cybersecurity Performance Manager will be having regular transverse point of contact and business meetings with VP-Group Products & Solutions Cybersecurity. The candidate will be positioned at Bangalore Technology Center of Alstom Digital & Integrated System (D&IS) division.

 

INTERNAL

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :

We are currently seeking individuals interested to work directly with the leadership to ensure that effective, measurable metrics are collected, analyzed, and presented on both adhoc and continual basis for Cybersecurity footprint, workload and workforce. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the matrices, dashboard and derive analytics around it to create management dashboards to ensure data collected are impactful and assist in driving sound management decisions. The candidate must have a strong leadership background in creating clearly defined matured metrics and data analytics.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Cybersecurity Performance Manager responsible for the following activities:

  • In charge for the overall consolidation of Cybersecurity footprint, workload and workforce.
  • Work with Region/Platform Cybersecurity Managers and gather opportunities/workload data from tenders/projects having cybersecurity requirements.
  • Responsible for quarterly/yearly workload and capacity projections sitewise and/or competencywise, inform leadership on the forecasts that support planning and strategy for the division.
  • Develop a metrics dashboard to display various KPIs and share periodic status reports.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 10 years of total experience with atleast 4 years in Performance Management in an enterprise organization. Candidate having background in planning, operational excellence or PMO is preferable.

 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Any Project Management certification like PMP, PgMP.

 

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE 

  • Strong data analytical skills, good experience in developing dashboards.
  • Must have Advanced level of knowledge on Excel, Office365 and other BI tools for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of scripting and working on API's.
  • Able to manage communication with numerous stakeholders. 
  • Experience in presenting to leadership team.
  • General knowledge of Cybersecurity and Railway domain would be a plus.
