We are looking for a passionate HR Administration Advisor who thrives on precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will be part of a dedicated HR team that ensures our people operations run seamlessly, supporting the workforce that drives the future of sustainable mobility.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Ensure scalability and accuracy in HR data management using SAP HR and SuccessFactors systems.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Shared Services to streamline employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain reliability in payroll and benefits administration through compliance with internal and statutory standards.
  • Drive innovation by identifying automation opportunities in HR workflows and reporting.
  • Promote knowledge sharing by developing process documentation and conducting training sessions for HR teams.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in HRIS tools such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or Workday.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize HR processes using Lean or Six Sigma principles.
  • Experience in managing employee data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
