Job Title:       Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Rolling Stock (RSC) Regional Business Process Expert (RPBE)

 

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • The PLM RSC RBPE is the métier referee (PLM Engineering, Industrial or Transverse) for her/his Region.

 

Incl. to

  • Coordinate, train, develop and sustain Key Users (KU) of sites network
  • Act as contact points for Central teams (Method & Tools (M&T), Métiers and IS&T) for PLM4A RSC processes
  • Consolidate regional needs for evolutions to Central Program Team
  • Ensure solution consistency (inc. tools landscape and processes) for the Region & proper alignment with Core Rules
  • Monitor site maturity level (processes and solution adhesion) against target
  • Promote deployment of new converged processes to site experts
  • Support site Key Users and Digital Continuity Officers (DCO) in deployment and cultural change activities

 

  • The PLM Rolling Stock (RSC) Regional RBPE is the main interface with
    • PLM Signalling Region Deployment manager
    • PLM Service Region Deployment manager

 

Note: This position is in continuity with current Delmia or DMA RPBE positions

  • Solution Integrator (during deployment phase but not during run phase)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

PLM Solution BUILD

  • Organise and report on regional Key Users network (incl. competency matrix)
  • Lead test & validation for regional solution upgrades in relation with Central PLM4A Program team

 

PLM Region Deployment and Run

  • Monitor performance (data quality or processes adhesion) in her/his expertise domain for the region
  • Maintain complementary documentation / training (on top of Central materials)
  • Collect regional users feedback or escalation (solution and deployment wise) to report to
    • PLM RSC Region Deployment Manager
    • Region Management
    • PLM Central M&T Leader
  • Organise and release tool usage assessment in various sites based on Central Métier / BPO (Business Process Owner) referential

 

 

 MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Graduated from University or Engineering School

 

Desirable:

Experience

Mandatory:

  • Experience of 10 years minimum in the Industry (preferred).
  • Knowledge on RSC Engineering / Industrial processes and M&T

Desirable:

  • Railway Industry
