Could you be the full-time Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Rolling Stock (RSC) Regional Business Process Expert (RBPE) in our dynamic team?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive expertise in PLM Engineering, Industrial or Transverse to a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, supportive, and collaborative teammates.
You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our PLM RSC processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including PLM Signalling and Service Region Deployment Managers, and Solution Integrators), coordinate and develop Key User networks, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of organizing and reporting on regional Key Users network activities, but also leading tests and validations for regional solution upgrades.
We’ll look to you for:

Coordinating, training, developing, and sustaining the Key User network of site networks

Acting as a contact point for Central teams for PLM4A RSC processes

Consolidating regional needs for evolutions to the Central Program Team
-
Ensuring solution consistency and proper alignment with Core Rules
-
Monitoring site maturity levels and promoting deployment of new processes
-
Supporting cultural change activities and deployment
Main Responsibilities:
- Is leading the CCM activities in a Project/Program or is collaborating with the Advanced PrCCM or the Senior PrCCM of the Project when applicable.
- Applies CCM procedures, instructions, templates etc. and ensures that project/ program team members are trained and apply them.
- Establishes Configuration Management Plan with the CCM activities and the associated roles & responsibilities.
- Ensures Configuration and Change Management applicable tools are applied and manages access rights.
- Escalates any risks / issues CCM related within the Project / Program organization and reports on CCM Performance Indicators, derives and manages actions (PDCA).
- Ensures the execution Development for Quality (DfQ) Gates for CCM deliverables.
- Performs Configuration Management activities, such as:

- Identifies and monitors the accuracy and maturity of items under configuration control.
- Prepares a Configuration Strategy and publishes Release Notes accordingly (Configuration Baselines, Target Configurations), following review with technical stakeholders, ensuring the product consistency.
- Ensures Supplier Configuration Management incl. CCM requirement negotiation and requested CCM documentation.
- Supervises the correctness of Configuration Status Accounting Report (CSAR) for each unit (i.e. As Build/As Maintained/As Installed).
- Performs Change Management activities, such as:

- Organizes and leads the Change Boards, while recording decisions and actions.
- Ensures all Change Requests are complete, clear, evaluated, assessed in terms of cost, schedule, quality and risk through all the stages, with the cooperation of the Change Boards participants.
- Monitors Change Requests progress end-to-end within the Change Process and ensures all involved stakeholders are informed at all times.
Facilitates event management (e.g. electrical, software etc.) and transfer into the Change Management Process, when necessary.

A degree from a University or Engineering School

Experience or understanding of RSC Engineering / Industrial processes and M&T

Knowledge of PLM tools and methodologies

Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
