Orchestra Operations Specialist

Alstom is looking for MDM Orchestra Operations Manager with following responsibilities   

• Expert within Tibco EBX / Informatica MDM / SAP MDG / Any other MDM technology including (REST, JSON, XML, Web Security, Tomcat, API, and SQL)
• Strong experience on Application server, Java, Database, architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise services, and platform operations.
• Should be able to provide technical expertise in bringing-in automation across Modules (code quality, migration, deployment, platform monitoring, etc) using Open Source tools, APM, Visual VM.
• Hands-on and proficient in DevOps methodologies such as CICD, etc
• Own P1, P2 and P3 incidents and ensure incidents / service request are closed within SLA
• Provides overall technical support working with Business stakeholders, Technical Lead, and Project managers to clarify Operational topics
• Support Key Users (KU) in Roll-out Test phases and automate process
• End to end support knowledge i.e., incident, service request and change management process.
• Experience in dealing millions of data, along with transformation, Data Migration, Inbound & Outbound.

Mandatory Skills: 5-8 years of experience required in developing solutions in Tibco EBX / Informatica MDM / SAP MDG / Any other MDM Tool

• Good expertise on Application server, Java, Databases
• Hand-on Core Java packages, Apache Common Utils, JSON, REST
• Hands-on Data bases - SQL, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views.
• Experience in Application server like Tomcat Deployment, CI-CD tools like Git, Jenkins, Nexus Repository.
• Strong Java skills and object-oriented design experience, including working knowledge of core libraries and design patterns
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results, prioritize activities, and to manage time efficiency
• Ability to independently lead working sessions with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze the impact of requirements and changes to data structures.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and an interest in working in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to work in an international environment and with remote teams
• Experience in building prototypes, POC and UI for demo is a must
