We’ll look to you for:
-
Providing technical expertise in Tibco EBX, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or other MDM technologies
-
Architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise services and platform operations
-
Driving automation across modules (code quality, migration, deployment, platform monitoring)
-
Ensuring incidents and service requests are closed within SLA timelines
-
Supporting key users during roll-out test phases and driving process automation
-
Managing end-to-end support knowledge, including incident, service request, and change management processes
-
Handling large-scale data transformations, migrations, and integrations

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
-
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
-
5-8 years of experience developing solutions in Tibco EBX, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or other MDM tools
