Could you be the full-time Operations Specialist - Identity and Access Management in Banaglore we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned expertise in identity and access management to a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates.

You'll lead the charge in fortifying our digital identity landscape. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (HR, Sourcing, Master Data managers, IS&T, business representatives), streamline user account lifecycle processes, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of leading IAM workshops, maintaining documentation and processes, and also driving continuous improvement in IAM operations.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Expertise in IAM concepts and architecture

  • Developing solutions aligned with our IAM security policy

  • Coordinating with diverse stakeholders on IAM topics

  • Designing and implementing IAM tools and architectures

  • Managing and leading external IAM support teams

  • Driving service improvement plans in IAM processes


All about you

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

  • 7+years of Experience or understanding of IAM operations and security practices

  • Knowledge of IAM solutions such as Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft Azure

  • Familiarity with IT security frameworks like ISO 27002 and ISO 27005

  • A relevant certification in information security.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills

  • Ability to perform risk analysis and design IAM security patterns
