Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supervisory and operational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a critical role in driving the efficiency and quality of inter-company operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Country/Region Treasury, Finance Controllers, Consolidation Team), manage inter-company processes for specific regions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

You’ll specifically take care of developing and integrating processes from regions to the Global Finance Center (GFC), but also standardizing inter-company processes globally.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing inter-company operations in a cost-effective and efficient manner

  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs and quality targets

  • Driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Building and retaining a strong, skilled team

  • Fostering strong governance and trust with all stakeholders

  • Contributing to strategic initiatives and special projects


All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 12-15 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in team leadership roles in P2P, O2C, or R2R

  • Deep understanding of accounting principles

  • Intermediate skills in ERP systems, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with process automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

  • Strong understanding of internal controls

  • Ability to build process models

  • Green Belt in Six Sigma (desirable)

  • Effective communication, team management, and time prioritization skills

  • Customer-centric mindset and data-oriented problem-solving abilities
