MAIN RESPONSABILITIES  

  • Fully own the BLR TC Site S&OP workload– On a quarterly basis, secure WL data from respective business, review and consolidate to report to global team
  • Plan footprint evolution - Workload analysis for Current FY and gain maximum visibility for the TYP. Secure platform and solution classification
  • Coordinate all template changes: Ensure skill, function, resource type, platform and workload tagging is in the S&OP template defined.
  • Head count evolutions and Workforce analysis – Capacity Reported Vs Headcount from HR + TAT. Ensure consistency between S&OP, Teranga HC and Operation HC.
  • Best Cost Countries implementation
  • Manage WallC tool to synchronize opportunities
  • R&D/Program validation & syntheses before final submission
  • Manage & report workforce aligning to business needs defined as per S&OP data
  • Report TC finance status in close alignment with site finance controlling.
  • Consistently check and balance HC Vs Hiring Vs Budget data.
  • Prepare with TC departments and functions the monthly business review report. Contribute to operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Clear consolidation of engineering KPI’s aligning to D&IS, Core Technology vision.
  • Develop a smart business intelligence tool platform to automate KPI data consolidation, screening and reporting
  • Consolidate weekly business programs status for global reporting
    • Introduce a dashboard to present TC overall progress
  • Extend site wide support to secure all computing environments – Laptop & workstation need, business tool licensing, lab enhancement support, etc.
  • Coordinate with business and functions to support all financial procurement process for TC needs.
  • Work closely with Indirect Sourcing team on sub-contracting workload projection needs.

 

Performance measurements:

  • Fully validated S&OP mapping workload, workforce with metiers
  • Up to date KPI progress with clear rationale
  • Up to date financial status of TC without major anomalies or gaps
  • Agreed SLA on procurement, computing environment support, etc

 

Educational Requirements  

Mandatory:

  • Technical University Degree
  • Engineering experience (min 12 - 15 years in different positions)
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of R&D or Product development lifecycle.

 Desirable:

  • Background Software Engineering domai

 

Experience - Mandatory:

  • Knowledge of Operational & performance lifecycle.
  • Experienced in program management lifecycle
  • Knowledge of financial process, tender & operational excellence activity.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in operational lead function, such as in areas of R&D & Product development.
