OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The rôle will provide leadership the organization of Record to Report across all geographies integrated. This rôle will also be responsible for contributing towards the success of GFC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations :
- Manage the Record to Report Operations of the GFC in the most efficient and cost effective way
- Meet / Exceed the SLA and quality standards in the operations
- Actively contribute in development, integration and transfer of the processes and teams from different regions to GFC
- Drive standardization of the Record to Report processes in the Shared Services
- Apply internal procedures & rules in line with the corporate & local statutory policies
- Ensure the delivery of reliable and timely information to the units
- Constantly Benchmark the operations with peers within and outside the organization to improve performance
- Identify levers and implement actions to enhance efficiency in all operational areas
- Contribute towards strategic objectives of GFC
- Contribute / Improve VOC.
- Drive balance sheet reconciliation process and improvements
People :
- Create, Retain and Develop a strong team with the necessary skills and expertise to ensure a high quality of service
- Effective Performance Management by

Customer :
- Maintain strong governance with all regions served by the GFC
- Build and maintain healthy rapport and trust with all up-stream and down-stream stake-holders to the Record to Report process
- Maintain and improve customer delight by working closely with key internal customers
- Be a business partner to countries in helping achieve business objectives from Record to Report standpoint
Qualifications & Skills:
EDUCATION
Graduate or Post-Graduate in Accounting / Finance
Language: English (mandatory)

- Intermediate skills in ERP

- Exposure in automations, RPAs
- Strong understanding of internal controls
- Ability to build processes models
Desirable
- Green belt in Six Sigma

EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET
15-17 years of experience in accounting with atleast 7+ years in people management roles in medium / large teams / diverse processes in R2R
